Beth Silverman

Beth Silverman established her industry credentials by holding senior level Real Estate and Finance positions for several national retailers and a shopping center developer. Prior to co-founding ShopTheJobs.com, Beth served for 14 years as President of Silverman & Associates, an executive search firm specializing in the retail and shopping center industries. Beth’s industry insight and networking skills set her apart as a specialist in recruiting a wide range of shopping center and retail executives.

Beth is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
