Roberta Rea

Roberta Rea is one of the most recognized and established names in the area of recruitment for shopping center, retail and retail-related organizations. Early in her career, she established the Shopping Center Industry placement desk for a national recruitment firm. In 1988, she founded Roberta Rea + Co., Inc., which quickly became a leading Executive Search Firm specializing in the Shopping Center and Retail Industries. With ShopTheJobs.com, Roberta has taken her expertise and expanded her ability to serve her clients to the next level.

Roberta’s background in vocational evaluation, executive search and her involvement in the International Council of Shopping Centers provides her with a level of experience that few if any firms can match. She has an established track record for finding extraordinary talent for employers, as well as providing career options to candidates on all levels — from CEO, President and C-level positions to a wide variety of field positions.

Currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Society for Human Resource Management, (SHRM), Roberta is widely recognized as a top-level executive recruiter in the Shopping Center Industry. Roberta earned a B.S. and a B.S.E. Degree in Psychology from Northeast Missouri State University.
